Warranty Term: 1 Year Limited Warranty From The Date Of Purchase
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 1 Year Limited Warranty that is valid for 1 year, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized bcuddly retailer. However, the Limited Warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. This 1 Year Limited Warranty is determined on a case by case basis. In-store managers will determine if the item is faulty at their own discretion. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed the item will not be eligible for a replacement. The original purchase receipt must also be provided.
Our warranty does not cover products which are:
- Simply dirty or stinky
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
Returns / Exchanges
Exchanges and returns must be made within 15 days from the date of initial purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags intact. Products must be clean and free of any dog hair.
